Very disappointed with Legit for using a courier service that has a poor service

Dpd Laser courier service has a pathetic service stay away from it. I have been waiting for my order since the 6th Feb, they sent me an sms that my order was out for delivery I waited up until 18:00 with no luck, I received another sms on the 7th that my order had been rescheduled for the 7th and that it’s out for delivery. I called them to inform that I waited for my order the previous day and that day I will be leaving at 16:00 they confirmed that I will receive my order before 16:00. I called again at 15:45 they rudely told me that it was not yet 16:00, again at 16:00 I called to ask for the drivers number they told me that they don’t have the drivers number whereas on the messages that inform me that my order is out for delivery they provide me with the name Tashwell Solomons but with no number.

I was supposed to have worn the shoes I had ordered on an event that I was going to on the 08th but up until today I have not received my order.

Their service is very pathetic if you were thinking of using a courier service you should stay far from dpdlaser courier service. I’m also very disappointed with @Legit store for using such a pathetic courier service, because I went through their reviews (dpd laser) a lot of people are complaining about them with the same issue. @Legit as long as you are using that courier service you’ve lost me as a customer.
