very disappointed

I dont even know where to start but I will keep it short and simple .Legit Tshwane.Theres a lady by the name of Tumi shes a manager I believe.The serve is bad and shes very rude and disrespectful.No wonder why the shop is always dry.people cant tolarate such level of disrespect.Whenever we want a refund,she will tell stories even on busy period.Where must we take our items for refund?twitter?will do that.
