very bad customer service

I purchase 4 items that was on a black friday special buy 2 get 2 free at Legit Parow Center , it was earrings a necklace and two clothing items . the clothing was too small so I wanted to exchange for something else. The manager of the store said in order to do an exchange I need to have all four items in store so I told her that the accessories have already been used .The manager then told me that they don't do exchanges on accessories , I told her but I don't want to exchange the accessories only the clothing . She had a very bad attitude told me there's nothing that they can do and walk away. I ask the cashier what am I suppose to do with small clothing?. the cashier rep**** I don't know. I'm very upset and disappointed .
