Untrained staff!!
Staff member not up to date with new returns policy wanted m cash back and wouldn't let me get it because the slip states that we could still receive money back I had to go out with a gift card which I did not want and then the girl in charge says that they don't have a head office as I wanted to contact them. She obviously thought I'm really damn stupid I will never step in that shop ever again!!
