Unsatisfied with Legit Cape Gate customer service

I bought a shoes at Legit Cape Gate on the 25th October 2024. The shoes broke in the middle after my fourth wear, on the 8th which was Friday I then returned the shoe to Legit Cape Gate. Then lady who was helping me said they cannot take the shoe back because none of their customers had a problem with the shoe. I basically told that I wore the shoe more than I should have which was not even 15 days after I bought the shoe. I don't know if the shoe had a useful life of 10 days after you buy it because that's what this means to me however, nobody told me that if that was the case.

The lady by the name Carmenita Ford spoke to her "manager" over the phone and said they cannot take the shoe back. This is so unprofessional and injustice to me because I could have never worn the same shoe for even 10 consecutive days which I was indirectly told I did.

I then bought another slide, different make the glue of the shoe came off so ****ed.
