Unprofessional Service at Legit – Kimberley Mall

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today at the Legit store in Kimberley Mall. I went in to buy underwear, and the cashier, Tshepiso (light complexion with braids), was very rude and dismissive.

She told me that I cannot fit the underwear because it’s six o’clock. When I asked if there was any store policy that says customers cannot fit items at that time, she admitted there is no policy — it’s just “what they do in the shop.”

I then asked her how I’m supposed to know if it fits, especially since underwear is non-returnable. She said there is nothing she can do, but she still refused to let me fit the item.

When I told her I would report the incident on HelloPeter, she said she doesn’t have a problem and that I can go ahead.

This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If the store has rules, they must be backed by actual policy — not staff creating their own rules with attitude. Management needs to address this urgently.
