Unprofessional and useless

I had bought shoes from legit forest hill and unfortunately I didn't have the receipt with me ,I was assisted by Rosina Retsela and I gave her my thank u card as proof so that she can trace back the day of purchase and can get the receipt from the system ,she couldn't do that, she was hesitant and her manager didn't even bother assisting with the matter as she was receiving stock and didn't bother to come and address us or help her staff .. I either had to leave the shop with the shoes or I had settle with a 120rand givecard which I refused to take because I bought those shoes cash 249.99rand.
