Unprofessional
<p>Thanks for replying to my complaint,my reference number is ********** 328/GO. I believe my complaint has reached the branch because the lady stormed into my workplace and started shouting at me in front of my clients and colleagues,which is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. A colleague of mine had to even come and ask the lady to keep it down.</p>
