Unhappy customer service

i went to legit(Secunda Mall :Mpumalanga) on 30 September 2024 to buy shoes using my bank card to pay and they decided to deduct twice for the shoes and i went there so several time submitted the bank statement to ask for the refund of which i never received till today they keep on saying the person whose suppose to authorise the transaction is on leave and i know very well that they cant have one person dedicated to do such job. I hate the day i choose to buy there.
