Totally dissapointed
My name is Thato Letele. On the 3rd of January 2018 I visited legit workshop and bought a pair of gold Miss L high heals that I had admired for some time. I wore the pair of shoes the next day and immediately after that they had been damaged and the plastic covering form it's heal had come off. As most customers would do I went to the store on a Saturday morning the 6th of January and to my first worst experience I had to wait for the store to open fifteen minutes after the stipulated times. Soon as the store opened I got in to speak to Zanele the supervisor that morning , and she told me they still needed to conduct a quality check and assured that she would speak to her manager Mel and soon get back to me , saying the latest would be on Tuesday the 9th . I waited for this to happen and as a person who has worked in customer service before I allowed them 7 working days to solve the issue. Fast forward today the 14th of January I had go into the store and had to start all over and explain my issue to Norma who had no clue on how to do her job and I was told that I can't get a refund nor a new pair of shoes. I'm deeply concerned as I have worn gold shoes from different stores prior this and I have never had an issue with them having their protective layer come off more especially on the first day of use. If Legits prices are to go up so should their quality, if they want to compete with other leading clothing stores more work still needs to be done with the quality of their items and their staff who I believe still need training . You can't give people supervisory roles if they have no clue what's happening. I love shoes but as a customer I don't ever imagine myself buying from this store ever again. I'm honestly dissapointed and angry.
