Theft shop legit

I want to complain about the bad experience I encountered at legit store at kennilworth mall in cape Town yesterday the 29th August 2021. I had just bought new tekkies from sportscene and I went into the legit to buy jeans. I took the Jean to fit in the fitting room with my shoe box and immediately when I was done I took back the Jean leaving the shoes box behind and I proceeded to pay. I went out to the next shop and I quickly realized I left my shoe at legit store n I ran back to go look for them in the fitting room and found nothing. I started to panic and asked shayla Barnard the so called manager who did not have her name badge to assist me. She told me they didn't see anything I asked I'd there is cameras inside the shop She said no. She told me rudely to go look for the security guy I did so while she and her other 2 colleagues were laughing at me and making silly remarks. When the security guard arrived I explained what happened and he said they will look into it while I waited. They checked the footage of people leaving the shop and they tolde they can't see clearly. I asked I could see the footage so I could see the person who left with my shoes so I can be assured that the shoes were ******. Upon watching the footage at the control I saw that no one left with those shoes. All customers came in and out n there was no plastic bag seen leaving the shop. The so called manager was with me when viewing the footage and I told her that you have seen the footage no one left your shop with those shoes I wan us to search the shop. She told me I cannot do that I must go open a case with the police may they can help me find shoes

I have never encountered such 2 ladies lizelle Johnson and anica wood including the manager that they ***** from customers. Please legit store do some thing about those ******* you hired. I started crying but they continued laughing to a point I asked if it's funny. They showed no care whatsoever and told me they are not security guard for people goods but they are there to protect their own goods. I just want to warn people of cape Town beware of ******* at legit store at kennilworth mall.
