Terribly disappointed

Went into gateway legit to return a dress I bought in phoenix legit on the 03 of may I wore it once and the stitches were bursting when I went in gabby says why didn't I take a bigger size I was utterly humiliated. They refused to return the dress even though I had my slip and it was less than a week old. They said that I need to go to the store I bought it from because it's not their bad stock. I was never so displeased at thesservice provided before . I was told that I must take 2 sizes bigger so that the stitches don't burst. I was deeply embarrassed I felt like crying will never go back there again. They don't know how to treat people. <br> They imply that I am fat by saying that I should have 2 sizes bigger than my size. <br> Learn to respect people and customer service.
