Terrible customer service @Legit Kenako Mall New Brighton

Staff @Legit Kenako Mall in New Brighton are terrible in customer service. They can't even explain the lay by process. They communicate amongst themselves about a customer thinking the customer doesn't understand the language. Very disappointing behavior. Wouldn't recommend anyone to visit that store in particular.
