SYSTEMS OFFLINE
I am trying to exchange something. Their ystems are offline since last week Wednesday. I go there and everyday its the same story, that they are waiting for their IT Technicians to come out. A person cant even buy anything cash in the store. How can such a big retailer's IT Division take almost two weeks to come sort the systems out??? As a result of this and everyones complaints the staff is now becoming rude with us as customers.
