Stupid and ridiculous return policy at Legit Stores

Ridiculous return policy. I bought a hat on Monday 3rd of May and tried to exchange it Wednesday 5th of May because I noticed a stain on the top of the hat from what looks like a glue imprint of price tag or something. The staff proceed to tell me that they can't exchange hats and couldn't explain why and where such a policy is written on their till slips which clrealy only refer to underwear. Maybe someone can enlighten me how things that are fitted on the shop front 20million times cannot be exchanged. Stupid and ridiculous service. Never again.
