*****ing at Legit,Mall of Africa

I am very upset as I am writing this because we had such a horrible shopping experience today at Legit,Mall of Africa today.My little sister's phone was ****** out of her bag today in the shop.The sad thing about all of this is that one of the ladies that works in the store saw this happening (she even described the lady) and didn't even say anything.She only told us when we asked them if they had seen anything.The 2 ladies gave us so much attitude and told us these things happen.They looked like they wanted to laugh.The phone is on contract and this has ruined my sister's holiday as she doesn't even stay in Gauteng.The fact that the shop doesn't have CCTV inside is a disgrace.
