staff at Wonderpark Refused to exchange / refund for an item I bought at Menlyn

I bought sandals at Legit Menlyn for my niece when I returned same for a different size they told me they didn't have the item, asked for a refund at Legit wonderpark, and was told to take the shoes back to the store I bought them...I left the Item in the store for them to call me back after they have sorted themselves out as i believe if i purchase at a certain legit i can refund or exchange anywhere...they then called me later to refund but was told they need to keep my slip which has other things I purchased with that Item...I tried to offer solutions so I can keep my slip but they said they do not have a copy machine...this is unacceptable to buy is not a problem but when u want a mere refund of R80 you are send from pillar to post...I would never return to any legit store to be treated like that...Happy was in charge friday the 5the december and as a manager she had more excuses than solutions, she wasn't willing to help it was like I was irritating her . I have worked at a retail store before and what customer service is, I also know the procedures of a refund. However everything I suggested to her she kept telling me it's not possible. All she cared about was to say they will keep my receipt even when I indicated that there are some items on the receipt that haven't been worn to see if they fit those people as I was buying gifts for the family. She didn't care all she said was we don't have a copier as if that was my only choice, to take it or leave it. That lady should never be left in charge of a store as she has no customer service, no ethics nor does she have managerial qualities. I will never buy anything from a legit store anymore you guys have went from a reputable store to one of my friend's ****a shops.
