Service is bad

I went to legit at maponya mall for a card replacement and I was assisted by the store manager and she called the call centre to help me to make a new card and she could not be assisted then she referred me to Edgars which I was puzzled because with my understanding this was a legit store card and I should be assisted by the legit store. I went to Edgars store like I was told by the store manager when I got there I waited for 20 minutes only to be told they can't assist me because I don't have an existing Edgars card(logic). Legit store was closed because it was 6 so I could go back to tell them that I could not be assisted at Edgars, after a few days I went back to the legit store I could not be assisted and I was told by the manager that she spoke with the manager at legit in Southgate and they will be able to assist me with the card replacement. This past Sunday I went to legit at Southgate with my niece to buy her winter clothes as I had the assurance that I would be helped at the store when I get there. When I got there i was greeted by two wonderful sales consultant and I told them I wanted to do a card replacement and they told me I should wait because the manger just went out and she is the only person that can help me with the card replacement and so I waited anxiously for the manager and after 20 minutes she entered the store and I was happy because I would finally be assisted. The manager approached me and I told her that I was at the store for a card replacement and she told me with a rude face that she is still on lunch and she is rushing to the store to grab some few staff and I should give her 10 minutes she will come back to assist me because I wanted to assisted I was calm and I told her I will wait. After 30 minutes waiting for her she came back and asked for my I'd which I gave her and she called the call centre like the manager of maponya mall did and the same outcome I could not be assisted. What made me angry she told me to go to Jet store looking at the time because the closing time was approaching so she just wanted to leave the store for them to close I was not assisted at the jet store and I waited for 20 minutes. The legit service is appalling and I would not recommend anyone to open an account there and
