Legit Protea Glen is happy to accept cash and will make it difficult for a customer to get a refund..... I have two layby's and I went to the store to cancel them but I am told to give the original slip in order to get my money and I do have the original slip and then they said they want the first slip cause it has my details on it. ***! The slip I have is an original slip not a copy and it has my details on it, they don't even want an ID. Instead, the manager said I should take items from the store that make up my layby money. ***!!!! I am forced to buy something cause I don't have the initial slip and I was told that I will not get a slip of the items that I will choose! Funny thing is I don't experience this with other Legit stores, it is only Protea Glen. They want to reach the monthly target by tricking us!
