Rude manager

I went to Legit Cosmo City to exchange myy clothes unfortunately I didn't like anything in the store so I decided to get a refund as I had slip and the price tags were still attached and when I was called to be attended at the counter by the *Manager* Maria she started by asking if I was the to exchange I said no to refund, and her response was she doesn't not have money and I was the to request a refund for total amount of R379, 99..and I only find out she was only going to refund me R230 because apparently you can't return bodysuit which is understandable which I got to find when I went to Northgate mall were I had originally bought the stuff,I then requested Maria lady to find out from Northgate if they have to refund me she told me straight to face can't ask other store about their, I then asked her to tell them I have client who needs R400 refund will they be able to assist, as I do not want to drive there for nothing, she said no I can't the Northgate stuff is rude I don't want engage with them. She refused to help.
