Rude and agressive staff member

<p>I went to the Legit in Carlton Centre to exchange an item that was an incorrect size . I certain staff mamber - who did not have a name tag was told me that the item smelled of Sta soft and shouted it had been washed! mind you tag was still intact and the item she then threw the item on the other side of the table! a lady by the name of Motlalepule ( she had a name tag on ) took it and looked at it traraly and insited that the *********** rude lady assist me , she then said tio Motlalepule you will aswer for this! and gave me a cheeky look and exchanged it . only to bgive me the platic bag with the very same look and no word - no thank you nothing ! Motlalepule Thank you for such excellent service and not being persona; but PROFESSIONAL . please teach your colleugue manners and how to give proper customer service and treating clients fairly! you madam with a no name tag are a waste of the legit salary . Thank you</p>
