Rude and abrupt staffordable -CPA rights violated

I went to Centurion mall today 17 August 2017 with the intention of getting an outfit.So I get to the Legit store at 6h45pm and because according to my knowledge the store closes at 7pm.There were two ladies inside the shop but the door was closed and I signalled to find out what time the shop closes.The lady comes to the door opens a small part of the glass door and tells me they always close 15 minutes before.So I reply the mall operating hours are up until 7pm not 6h45pm.Then she asks if I'm coming in to buy or not and I tell her I ll make the decision when I'm inside .She says I can't come in if im not going to buy.I tell them but that's not fair coz I can't make a decision while standing at the door .I ask for the two ladies names and who the manager of the store is ..She tells me she is the manager of the store ..so I ask for her name she tells me her name is Lindiwe Nyathi and the other lady has a surname that goes by Matlou , according to the information they gave to me .Please address this matter rudeness and absconding work and not servicing customers during working hours avoiding to do their jobs . I will be escalating this matter to centre management so Legit can be fined for not complying with stipulated mall trading hours as depicted . Kindly provide feedback on the steps that have been taken.
