RETURNING JEWELRY

I went to jabulani mall legit store on the 13.02.24 i wanted a necklace nd some lady told me its a necklace but it was a thing for a leg today on the 14.02.24 i tried returning it back but thy told. Me thy can't take it back because its a jewelery ok i understand thn i said can i use my money to buy something else thy told me its not allowed so im really not happy about their service i mean thy were supposed to say ok take something with your money not to tell me what thy said they wer evn rude they ddnt care about how i feel i even told them im.
