Refusing to return a item.
<p>I bought a item a week ago from your Cleary Park branch where I was not made aware that I need to fit in store and will not be able to exchange/return.Today I went to the Greenacres branch and was advised they cannot credit this item.Nowhere on your slip or in the store does it give me any indication that I cannot return this item except for the consultant saying they advise each customer who buys this item,well I can surely say if I was made aware of this on the day I purchased this item I would not have bought it after fitting on in store.I am not able to go back to the Cleary Park branch thus the reason for going to Greenacres,I would appreciate a call back as I want this credited to my account.</p>

Kindly note as stated on the back of our till slip -Items which cannot be Refunded or Exchanged in the interest of hygiene standards.
The following products will not be refunded or exchanged: Swimwear, underwear, eveningwear, hosiery, hair extensions & accessories, cosmetic accessories, earrings, body piercing products, infant’s bottles, feeders, breast pumps, dummies, baby consumables, personal care products and all medicines.
Please be advised bodysuits are consider to be intimate wear/underwear, if the bodysuit is a full costume and does contain an attached underwear bottom we will not be able to exchange this item due to hygienic reasons as stated in our refund policy.
