Refused refund because I had no thank you card
I bought jacket at legit wonderpark and after two or three days I tried returning it and I was told that I'm not gonna get a refund but a gift card which I did not want and when I agreed to the gift card the cashier refused to assist me because I did not have my thank you card with me. It is unacceptable that we have to be stuck with things we no longer want because of employees bad attitudes and a bad exchange policy
