Refuse to refund my money back

I bought an item at Legit mams mall (L017), then I find out I am pregnant I won't be able to wear an item anymore so I went there for refund it was around 17:30 I was told they don't have money I must come tomorrow or on Saturday, I went there on Friday I was told the system was offline but they we're busy assisting people who were doing laybyes, I asked the system is offline for refund since it's allowing the laybyes, I was told they don't control the system and it is not only at Legit is the whole mall I went to Edgar's and asked them they told me, they have not experience that I went back there they told me to leave my stuff they Will do it and call me to come and collect the money Saturday morning before 10:00. They did not call around 12:00 I went there they told me system story but they we're busy assisting other, I asked them to give me my stuff since they can't help me, I am now sitting with The item that I can't wear anymore because they refuse to help me. Please advise what must I do cos the refund period will pass and
