Refund/Exchange policy on laybye items

I needed to exchange clothes that were on laybye, but there was a dispute of R40 change which I had to max because they do not refund anything on laybye; I asked for clarity as to why items bought on laybye would not be refunded when I paid for the items already and how am to find anything that will be useful for me for R40 when the relative price of their stock costs around 100 up! The cashier got irtited by me and started insulting me of being dumb, not understand plain Zulu or sotho or English and asked a supposedly manager who also joked that he will try to explain in a language I can understand, Afrikaans.

Now my frustrations come at a fact that their return policy says nothing about items on laybye not refunded and even the slip they gave me had no details whatsoever about the 'intended agreement's, and that is if LEGIT is not looking to **** people - I need to know if the information is only available internally and not to the public that needs to decide if they would like to binded by such! Your staff chased me out of the store when they grew irritated and told me they were tired of explaining to me when they have been explaining the whole day. What a joke lakeside mall store is and what a bunch of *********** people that will cause you reputational risk! You guys don't what to refund me my money and you don't want to allow me forfiet the amount as I refuse to take just anything so I can get the exchange I want? I will not make the mistake of ever buying from you and to anyone that is considering to laybye they must hear my story maybe I am the only one to give y'all insight.

To LEGIT Lakeside mall, why don't you want to let me exchange even when i tell to take the money because that is what this is all about, what must i do to get service from you
