REFUND REFUSED

I bought pants on the 6th of December 2025 and i used payjustnow for payment everything was processed on my side payment approved but while i was waiting for the slip to come through their system shut down and they couldn't produce a slip, i then waited for them to restart the system and when that was finished they still couldn't produce a payment slip on their side, telling me that my payment was rejected as the system shut down so i must wait to be refunded by payjustnow of which i waited for like an hour with no refund they then told me to wait for 24 hours for it to reflect but till today nothing and they still saying their Pepkor head office is not giving them the go ahead to refund me yet my money went through from my account and i have proof on payjustnow that payment was successful but they are refusing to refund me I have bad experience with Legit Durban West Street.
