Refund refused
I bought an item on the 10th of April and returned it on the 11th. Intact, unworn and with proof of purchase and tags in place. I was told the Edcon group no longer does cash refunds and was referred to a pink sign in store stating items may only be returned for gift cards. This is ridiculous why am I not allowed a cash refund?
