Refund my money ******, filthy service and unprofessional service

Legit Cosmo city is literally refusing to refund or give jacket i laybyed in Feb. The communication I get from the store is that laybye expired and they also don’t know why I wasn’t informed via sms as per usual. So I requested my refund to my surprise I get excuses that the manager is not available to authorise the laybye refund. Firstly laybye is 3 months secondly the last payment I made was on the 10th of may

When I went to make the payment on the 10th as I didn’t have receipt with me but only my ID , Ongeziwe who was assisting me informed me that last payment is on the 31st of may.

To my surprise when I went to fetch my jacket I was told laybye expired so which is which and why didn’t I receive any communication and why am I getting stories for my full refund ? I will not Donate money to Legit please I want my money or else I will take this up with CPA because I can’t lose my money over goods I don’t have
