refund Hell
Good Day <br> <br> I am not happy with Legit. My Mom went to buy me a dress today. She said if I don't like it I should go the store and <br> exchange but I did not find anything else that I liked. Went to the till for a refund but was told that they can't give me a refund but they will give me a gift card. I don't want a gift card. I was forced to take I gift card AND SAID TO READ THIS PINK THING FOR IT IS NEW RUELS!!!. First I paid cash second I worked for the money that was given to go buy a dress I did not even tried on coz it is not something I would pick for myself. I feel this is steeling. <br>

Kindly be advised that the policy is to be offered a Gift card, however the management may use their discretion on the cash refund if it is still within the first 30 days of purchase and the item is in good condition. A reference number for the formal complaint logged on your behalf is as follows ***/GO. We understand all the inconveniences caused and frustrations incurred by the above matter. The store management will look into the matter and revert with feedback accordingly.
