Refund

On the 25th I went to Legit eastrandmall where I purchased for items I paid using pay just now the store did not receive the transaction approval while on the app of pay just now and bank approved. They say the won't give me items cause the didn't receive any transaction I waited for 4hours try to reach out to pay just now and they advised that the store should send the documentation to their head office for refund. Store manager she advised that she will send then she will give us feedback since from Saturday we had to run after her for feedback even called head office it was just waste of time calling head office. So on Friday the consultant reach out to us saying that She made error on email is been 1 week full without any positive feedback if I don't text her she doesn't say anything when I call she say she's busy with layby. I wonder if I will get my refund
