Refund

I bought items at legit with pay just now ,finished paying out pay just in before returning the items at the store and asked a refund, the store advised that they have to refund back the money to pay just now and pay just now will refund me , I called out pay just now on Tuesday to find out how does the process works and pay just now said legit is the one that suppose to refund me , I then called in legit customer centre and the consultant advised that the store should send the documents to them to process a refund, I got a call on Tuesday from this other lady said she was is from the store and said she will email the documents to pay just now merchant and she will get back to me until today there was no update until I called care customer again and ask what’s going on and advised that they will speak to the area manager, I got a call that from the area manager but not happy at all out the feedback, still Haven’t received money and still in the dark.

With some other store when doing a refund they give you cash but with legit they said no and I wonder if I did not call on Tuesday was I gonna get my refund or not.
