Refund

I bought a dress on sunday for R329 i wasnt happy with the item so i decided to return it on tuesday with a full refund and the lady at the till Ester told me i cant get my money back she'l give me a gift card i dont want a gift card its my right as a customer to have my money back if im not happy and theres no notice in the store notifying customers of the return conditions so i left their dress and the stupid gift card at the store and i wasnt refunded i want my money,i called their customer care line on *** spoke to a lady refiloe she said she'l call me n she didnt call what kind of service are we getting as customers or do i havw to travel all the way to sandton to get the service i deserve this is disgusting.
