I noticed from my edgars statement that an item of R500 was bought and I knew I did not make that purchase. That's when I realized that my edgars store card was missing. So I reported it and got a new one, and since this crime happened at Legit Midrand Boulders Mall, I went there and a lady named Thembakazi helped me. At first I was frustrated because they didn't have dispute forms in the shop and I had to make a plan to get them myself, but once I did, she was very helpful. A month later (today) I viewed my edgars statement, and my balance is R0.00. Thank you so much to her for not delaying the process until it escalated into a headache and thank you to the edgars team behind the scenes. I am curious to know what your investigation found.
