Quality

I brought jeans along with 6-7 items on the 03 of July 2024. They ripped so bad after worn few time took them back 27 July they told my brother whoever wore the jeans was in a fight! The insult and I took them back 31st of July they denied having insulted my brother and made me wait on Managers whatsapp response for 30 minutes and they told they can not take back their torned jeans, I can contact their claims department which I did and the lady also made me wait while she investigated and got back on some we will send an email for a way foward, its been 48 hours and Nothing!
