Priscilla the manager was passively rude and had condescending remarks suggesting that I am lying about having lost my receipt and the date of my purchase as the dress I was trying to return was now on special. I had to download x3 of my bank statements from different banks just to prove that it was indeed purchase before it went on sale. I eventually proved it and she couldn't bare the stinky egg on her face and then decided to delya me even more by printing very long receipts from all cashier till points as she pulled a chair and started going through the receipts.

I am appealed that Legit operates at the premise that it's customers are ***** and want to delay them until they are irritated and give up on the return. I left her with her toilet paper sized receipts because that's exactly what she was hoping for. I have this dress which does not fit and I want absolutely nothing to do with legit and their exchanges. I want my money back as I don't spend my money where I'm not respected and where they presume that I am a **** and looking to gain from their pettiness.
