Poor service online legit

Im very much disappointed in Legit their service has been extremely poor. I brought a techno spark 11 Dec 23 and after 2 hours my order was canceled and I used payflex to pay for it,i have called legit online and spoke to Marisha and she told me it has been refunded into my payflex account but when I call playflex it doesn't reflect,called them numerous times at legit still on the 28th Laiken set not sure if its her name was told its been escalated but how many times i must i keep on paying for something that I don't have cause even now on 8th its the 3rd installment ,Dineo from playflex has been sending legit asking about the refund but she hasn't been answered. Im greatly annoyed by their service and will never recommend it to anyone or buy there in future
