Poor service from the manger

Manger very rude. I bought 2 pairs of shoes online and both don't fit, I went to the store to exchange and first question I was asked is "why did I not come to the store in the first place" As I was about to exchange I only found one pair to exchange and the other pair I asked that I get a gift card return back the funds to my account. To my surprise she refused because I don't have a slip to show. I showed her my email and she said it means nothing. The service was very poor and I enjoy shopping online but it was my last with legit since we can't get any assistance.
