Poor Service and poor quality

I bought shoes at legit Eastgate store and it was so uncomfortable it cut my fingers on both feet I took pictures and went to the store and asked them to exchange them for something else, it's a plastic shoe on the front it's sharp they spoke to the regional manager and she refused to exchange them.
