Poor service and ignorance,

I bought shoes and Jean last month 23/032023 they delivered my parcel in Pretoria instead of George,I tried to communicate with them via calls and emails and they said I must wait for 8 days but still didn't receive my parcel. I then emailed them asking about my order they said they are busy fixing the error its 1 month and a week of waiting even now I didn't get my order...I go extra mile by sending them second address still no order😭😭😭💔💔💔
