poor service

I'm extremely angry and disappointed by the service I got from legit in Centurion. Firstly the staff was very unprofessional and didn't even show any eagerness to help me. I lost my slip and needed to change shoes that I bought from there because I had no size, the lady told me that they cant change it for me and didn't even care or listen to what I was asking. I left those pairs at the shop and they just said okay. What kind of service is this where the staff doesn't make it a point to solution the client instead just act normal and move on as if nothing happened, By the way they don't even have name tags.
