Poor production quality! Legit products quality is appalling!

I bought shoes for my daughter, she hardly wore them 4 times and now they pealing off and looks horrible! I contacted them on Facebook and was told to provide pop, I didn’t anticipate this happening to the shoes and cannot find the slip. They told me that they cannot replace or refund the shoes! Am stuck with ugly shoes that my daughter cannot use anymore. Very unfair
