Poor poor service

Bought a bag on the 30th of July. I changed my mind about it and went to return it today. I was told legit does not return bags because they fall under jewelry. It was untouched, in its packaging and the slip was there and besides, what does bags have to do with jewelry plus nothing on the receipt explains that. All other stores return bags but Legit doesn’t.
