Poor Management at Legit Galleria

Sharon who is the Manager at the Galleria branch is incredibly rude and lacks peoples skills. I purchased an item at Gateway and was advised that I may return it at any branch. I live in Amanzimtoti so I took it to Galleria to return as it did not fit properly, Sharon told me that I cannot return it there as they did not receive the stock and it will not appear on the system and I was told to go all the way back to Gateway. I refused to do so and told her to add the item to the system and I will wait for her to do so as I will not be going back to Gateway anytime soon and we only have 30 days to return an item. She did it however she was very rude, offered no apology for the inconvenience and lacked professionalism. I would not recommend Legit in Galleria.
