poor disgusting unprofessional service

So this company refused to help me with a return . I bought a skirt and wanted to return the item but had lost my receipt they advised that they can only issue me with a gift card as they have no proof on how I paid for the item so I then went n got a bank statement showing the date time and the purchase at their store that was made from my debit card they refused to assist me I then advised them they are able to pull my receipt as I have worked in retail before if I can gv them the exact time n date and amount of purchase the staff laughed at me n refused to help me they were so disrespectful when I asked for their name they refuse to give it n hide them away in the changing rooms I called them out and asked for a email for their customer care line and they gave me an incorrect email they made as if they were going to assist n then left me in the store waiting for a whole hour I'm disgusted at this service I still have the item as I did not want the gift card
