Poor customer service/return policy

Good day,

I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding a pair of jeans I recently purchased that developed a tear which appears to be a factory/manufacturing defect, it was the last Jean and I bought it on 11/09/2026

I returned the jeans to the store requesting an exchange, but this was refused by the store manager at LegIt Clearwater mall on the grounds that I allegedly caused the damage. I strongly dispute this, as the jeans were not damaged by me. Had to force her to call customer care and even refused for me to speak to them.

Please investigate this matter and assist with an appropriate resolution. Photos of the jeans, defect and proof of purchase are attached for reference.
