Poor Customer Service not adhering to trading hours

I arrived at the store in Hillcrest KZN at 16:43, and the shop was already closed. A staff member was standing by the door, and when I politely requested if they could open the store to allow me to make the exchange, I was refused. When I asked about the closing time, I was informed that the store closes at 5:00 PM. Despite it being well before the advertised closing time, the staff insisted the store could not accommodate me. This forced me to turn back home, after a long day at work, while I was accompanied by my daughter. I found this extremely frustrating, embarrassing, and completely unacceptable.
