POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am not sure if the owner of Legitbis aware that the phones are nor working. Durban, East Randmall and Mayfield. We have trying to call none of them pick up the phone. The cashier at East rand mall requires training please assist otherwise you'll loose customers for no reason. I am concerned customers, I wanted to reserve sizes between the two shop, unfortunately technology is not applicable. My customer code is : 0000 - 06 - 345755.
