POOR customer service

Legit has the most horrible customer service ever I don't know how or where they train their employees. They rude especially the manager in fourways mall Kim.she discuss customers with sale assistants.i wanted to return 2 dresses which where on promo.i had to report them to their headoffice and still ddnt get assistance.
